I have been using Paychex for payroll services since 2009. Through the years, I had great customer service. However, recently the customer service has completely dropped off. I have an open issue now for more than one month. I've called and e-mailed at least 5 people, including managers and I have no indication that anything is being done. In the e-mail signatures, there is a supervisor that gives his/her information for feedback. We have been a customer of Paychex, as a small business, for almost 24 years. Most recently, as a result of their confusing invoices for the over charging on administrative fees, and an oversight on our part, they stopped our payroll and held up our employee paychecks due to the invoice not paid. We are a small, family-owned business that signed on with ***** nearly 30 years ago. We remained loyal even after they were acquired by Paychex, trusting that our long history would continue to be valued. Unfortunately, the opposite has happened. This company has been giving me the worst service of any company ever recently! They are unresponsive and do not know how to do their jobs. They do not reply to phone calls, emails and when they do their work has deteriorated . They may be going out of business??
