I got charged $450 to service my HVAC unit, never again. This also included a software update, something I could have done myself. I understand that we are going through tough times but their prices are through the roof.

Customer service is awful Don't show up when scheduled or will charge more for after five even though I have been waiting all day

Very disappointed with them. They were called out on a Fri night due to plumbing back up. They responded quickly (within 1 hr) and cleaned the lines. They gave me a complimentary camera line cleaning just to ensure they got the lines clean as the original guy did not have a camera. I was told they would call. Come Wed. They hadn't called so I called them and they scheduled it for Fri. All day Fri I stayed home and no one showed up. Then they rescheduled me for Monday between 8-9am. The entire day no one showed up. If I could choose zero I would, they sold a riser for my overhead electrical to get a wire off my garage that was touching. it's been a nightmare! They had FPL cut my power during middle of heat wave with no tech even at my house yet! He showed up hour later not even with a riser as the guy that sold didnt enter it right. I spent all day running my generator because of these guys and they still haveNT fixed what I paid handsomely for as after the riser was installed the wire is still on roof and FPA giving me 30 days to fix ... read more

Scheduling seemed aittle complicated and they had to get my credit info just to place an appointment. We couldn't even get anyone to come out in a timely manner. I guess that's the times we're living in. I was told the tech was going to be here between 8 and 9 . Got a text message at 7 am letting me know they're on the way. 9:15 : noone showed up. Noone called or texted with an update. I finally got in touch with them and canceled. Upsetting that I had to reschedule my clients over this.

If you want your blood pressure to go up! Hire Peadon! If not..... call someone else! I spent way to much money with this company and I will be moving on! The tech's are nice....and a few of them can get the done....others takes them 2 or 3 or more to get it done! There prices are way to high!

Another instance when negative star ratings are needed. I signed up for the Elite program where they do 'preventive care' and it seemed like a great program for $24.99, now I see what they're all about. They said I needed an oxidizer for mitigating bacteria in the attic/vents. They went and checked my attic no less than three times, to include the 'dept lead' Mark Orton. My receipt even states ATTIC! They install the unit in my hall closet near my a/c and when I asked why it was put there and not the attic like stated on m... read more

Called Peadon out to change out a fuse in the garage and install a light fixture in the laundry room of our house. Changing the fuse in the garage took about 20 minute. Peadon supplied the fuse. Charged $198 for that. Went into the house to change out the fluorescent light fixture in the laundry room. Greg (the electrician) told us it would be $394 to change the light fixture. Thought that was excessive but and told him to go ahead and start while I called Peadon and asked about the price. Was on the phone with Peadon... read more

In july of 2020 peaden installed a new HVAC system for my home. They then had to return later to replace all the copper lines that were too small that they tried to reuse from the old system. They still to his date have not completed the job that was paid for. I have called every couple of months and am met with lies about parts being ordered or on the way and empty statements about receiving a call back from management which has never happened.
