Very professional crews and workmanship. They were a little higher than some other bids but I can definitely see I am getting a lot of value for what I am paying. The ability to handle both the electrical upgrades and HVAC installation was a determining factor. Unfortunately the unit blew a circuit board right after initial firing up so we are waiting for a part to come in before we can use the new system.

Wes B did a very professional job installing a manual transfer switch today. He was prompt and completed the work as promised. Wes is very cordial and eager to answer any questions you may have. He also gave me his card and requested I call him if I needed anything. Highly recommended.

We live in Panama City and had out of town guests. The AC electric box caught fire on the side of her home. After having it checked by Gulf Power, we called Peaden about 4pm on Friday. Electrician, Mark R came out within an hour, found the problem and assured us it was not as catastrophic as we assumed. He left to get a new box and replacement parts and came back to do our repairs. Our tech, Bret, was friendly, informative, and timely with our water heater installation. He explained everything he was doing and needed to do to get our home up to code. He even took the time to field some questions from one of our neighbors. It was a pleasure working with him, and will be calling him with any other plumbing needs we may have.

My AC quit working, so I called Peaden and their service from start to finish was outstanding!Same day service. My technician was Raymond Hoffman and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He had my AC system troubleshot and repaired in no time. Thank you very much and Peaden will be my company of choice for any future problems that may arise.

When you want quality service you will find that it cost a little more. Mike S was an excellent electrician with great knowledge and the ability to work around the unexpected problems. Mike worked a long day doing everything we asked of him. My wife and I could not be more pleased. We even signed up for their yearly maintenance program for HVAC electrical and plumbing
