I had a tech to come out to my house and charged me 80 bucks and told me my best bet was to get a brand new unit if I wanted to have AIR remind you it's 84 degrees in my home ... my wife called another company and they came out and fixed our problem in 15 mins .... I work hard for my money and don't appreciate giving it away. Still haven't been refunded yet and yes I'm still waiting
