Needed an electrician to check wiring at our condo while on vacation. 1st place told me they had a call out of $125 and could get to me the next morning I decided to check Yelp and saw that Peaden had several good reviews. I called and spoke with Vivian who told me she would get someone out this evening and the service fee would be $89 and that would be applied to any work needed. I called Peaden on a Saturday to see when they could come check out A/C unit since it was not working properly. The receptionist said he would be right out. The technician arrived and was able to remedy the problem plus did a top off of refrigerant within 30 minutes. He also checked the inside unit and pointed at some inadequacies from a previous install. Fixed everything for 89$. Great service. Thank you Chris.

After several telephone calls, Peaden agreed to a reasonable refund. Saddle valves are outdated, so t-valve was required to bring it up to code. November 28, 2025, I was charged over $1400 for installation of about 6 feet of tubing to the icemaker and a new t-valve. I would give zero stars if it was available. The technician was here exactly one hour. (No complaints about him.) Half of that hour was spent looking for an outside cutoff valve which proved unnecessary. Trying to reach a manager by phone has proven impossible.

I paid $49 for a check up and the technician told me he had found issues with my air conditioner and stated I needed one and a half pounds of freon, when he quoted me a price of $450 I had to laugh. A cold my brother, who has air conditioner, service company in Bandera, Texas. He stated that he would charge $150 for the same Freon service. My message to the owners of you're overhead is so high that you have to rip people off you shouldn't be in business.

Replaced my HVAC system in 2022 and the AC is nonfunctional EVERY year since. They come out promptly and make excuses about how the outside unit has a factory defect and patch it up only to have it fail the next year instead of replacing it. Luckily for me I have a 20+ year old unit my the attached apartment (which they keep trying to get me to replace) that works great. Didn't even bother calling them this year as tired of the same old runaround. 70 year old retiree tired of being screwed.

Peaden is a buyer's beware company. They have little to no light commercial experience ever. I called them out to diagnose and replace some components in three condensers. The attached photos show they do not care about leaving a clean finished product. I don't even want a refund, I wanna see them burn for this. I knew the price was too good to be true. First condenser is covered in oil, the second one shows a hack brazing job which destroyed our brand new compressor, and the third is a poorly mounted fan blade that fell of... read more

Don't use these rip off artists charged my daughter $508 to clean drain line and quoted $3100 for UV lights and thoroughly clean drain line.

Called to schedule an electrical repair. The representative said they can be at my residence today and that I would get a call with the exact time. A short time later I was called and the time of 5:30pm was set. Our family's Friday night plans were canceled and we were at the house before the scheduled time. We waited for over an hour after the scheduled time and nobody showed up or called. I've had a membership for several months but they failed to sign up my other residence. I had service calls at both, I called to remind them but it never happened. Then I have called for months and never get to talk to anyone. It is just hold music and then eventually told someone will call you back. I never received any benefits for the membership I paid for because I could not ever speak to anyone about my concerns or needs at the other location.
