I had a mini split installed in a mother in law suite in November 2023. It stopped working in December 2023. Called for repair. Broke again in December 2023. Called for repair and noted my parents were 86 and 78 years old. I request a call back. No call from GM or quality assurance who said they would call. Called in the morning to get my air conditioner looked at as it had quit working. They made me a same day appointment I gave them all of my information and they said someone would be out that day. I get a phone call at 4:45 in the afternoon and a lady is telling me that dispatch has canceled my appointment because their tech was delayed on another job and if I still wanted them to come out I would have to pay an after-hours emergency fee. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
Needed a toilet bowl leak fixed. The service person tried to upsell me from a $450 seal and flush system repair to a over $1000 toilet replacement Then tried to upsell a PM program for a monthly fee Felt $500 (almost with tax) was a rip-off but needed it fixed since I can’t do it myself AND couldn’t wait for regular guy to do it for less than half
When our house was flipped, they did all the AC, plumbing, and electrical. The amount of things done wrong is insane. Still having issues, wouldn't wish them on anyone.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! EVER! "Customer Care" is not something that is a part of their culture. We are 2 months into the purchase of a new a/c system and it has been nothing but a long miserable experience of dealing with this company. The system does not cool the house to a respectable level on a warm sunny day. The old system that it replaced did a better job. Look everyone should always know to get several quotes ( which are normally free ) before deciding which service company they use. This is just wise decision making. Every AC/Heating Co will give generally the same level of service...it usually comes down to price. Don't fall for marketing ploys and tactics. There are a plethora of companies that will deliver the same quality service at a fraction of the price. Remember this...coming from someone who KNOWS the ins/outs of HVAC work.
Slick ads but little customer support. I wonder about their warranties?
I am so angry at Peaden. made an appointment 10 days ago to come out this past Tuesday with no call or no show on Tuesday or Wednesday then called again to re-schedule for Saturday and I was told they don’t do PMs on Saturday and they’re going to call me back after the lady talk to a manager here it is 4 o’clock three hours later no call no show and the house is closed. It’s piss poor excuse for Customer Service lousy customer service.
Our family is a Mary Esther resident. We were following a Peaden van on the 98 hwy., when a bolt, screw or rock flew off the vans ladder area on top of the van, and cracked the windshield on my Daughters car. As we were following we called and left a message with the company, gave plate number, van number and time.
