Great practice. Very convenient. Great staff. The only downside is that there is usually a one hour wait for you see a doctor.
I love this office, and Dr Colter. The wait can be a little long at times but he is worth it
I received a phone call yesterday from their central office a lady named Anthea stated she had read my review and would like to help get that referral set up. I gave her the information of the doctors office and she went ahead and took care of the hassle for me. I have been going here since my daughter was born last year!! I love the attention and the care we always receive, especially from Dr. Delasota. Last night we had to come after hours because my baby got and insect bite on her eye and it was swollen and teary, i called the office at 6pm to make the appointment, by 9 pm she was already in bed antibiotics taken and everything!!! Thank you.
We always get great service at pediatric associates. The nurses are very sweet and gentle with the kids. You can always get an appointment right away, especially when your kids are sick. Dr Restler and Dr Randel are great!

The only positive to this location are the physicians. Dr De La Sota is an amazing dr and she is truly the only reason I keep going there. The girls that work the front desk have the most deplorable attitudes I have ever experienced in a medical office. My most recent experience was with the two girls who worked the check-out. I wish I caught their names to send a corporate complaint but the way she was speaking to me, and the others in front of me, was unacceptable. This is the most stressful place I have to be whenever my baby has an appointment the doctors can be great but you get a different instruction each visit, my son has a condition caught by us his family it took his doctor 6 months to notice. they make you wait for HOURS and don't you dare come 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled even though you were gonna be waiting anyways.
