Had some good experiences with the doctors and staff. Waiting times are slow as typical medical in all of Miami. It's not the worst but even for simple procedures like a scheduled flu shot- you'd think should be just in and out, takes at least half an hour of waiting. Even when you get a morning appointment, you think things tend to go smoother, it's just as busy. Calling for an appointment is a long wait. This office runs very smoothly. Everyone is very courteous and kind, Yislaidy in particular was very sweet and welcoming. Every time I come here I am always amazed with how smoothly this office always runs. They are extremely organized, I can't say that enough. One thing though, if you happen to arrive early they will not see you earlier. Patient times are honored. I don't understand the negative reviews.
The office provides excellent care of my two children. Dr. Sharon is wonderful with the kids! I can understand why it's always busy. I admire the patience of the staff with some of the other parents who can be quite rude and demanding. I definitely recommend this office for your child's medical needs.
Doctors are amazing, I've been there for 8 years now, never a problem. Love Dr Acosta, Dr Fierro. Never with a Nurse as we had a bad experience, but Doctors are really great and being open 365 days in the year, it's really amazing.
Ok I'm not sure why all the bad reviews. The only really negative thing I can say is the traffic! It is in the heart of Doral and traffic going in and out is horrific. I've been going to PA for 3 months now (my son is 3 mon old) and I have not had an issue yet. Staff: The staff is very kind and handle any questions or issues I may have every time I go some are not very knowledgeable but do their best to assist you. Amazing customer service, very fast! We saw DR. Fierro today in the office and she was great she explain our child situation in detail. Teedra was great at keeping our daughter calm and Jenny at the front desk was great as well. Love this place feel very comfortable bringing my kids here.
Recently i took my teenager to this location and I was very happy with the wonderful treatment that the staff showed me and my son. I highly recommend pediatric associates in Doral.....
