I don't like this pediatrics associates. First off they give you an appt for a certain time and they won't see you till an hour and a half later. Secondly, they're facility is pretty dirty for a pediatrics.
We were waiting for TWO hours! I hate this place.I went last Saturday with my son, because he was bleeding his nose for three days. A doctor told me it was NORMAL, and she can NOT give me referrals (because my insurance requires it) to a specialist. Also, she said to come back again if my son bleeds again . Why do I need to come back again if she can't do anything?
Not the most useful staff. The doctors are ok and I don't have any concerns but I don't get great feelings either. The Lobby is very nice and I usually don't have to wait a long time but I have gotten a very hard time from the office manager when it comes to records requests.
I have been coming to this office since my first daughter was born 3 years ago. I loved Dr. Diaz De la Torre :-) she treated my daughter like her own. Then she switched offices so I tried a P.A. After having my next baby. After that I was just a number being rushed through the conveyor belt. I just met Dr. Kiang the last visit and loved her. I have not been happy with the way the medical assistants are with my children since Dr. De la Torre's assistant left. There so unfriendly with children and the way they handle them. T... read more
This staff does not have compassion or understanding for anyone. I do too work in the medical field and try my BEST to make the patient and their family members as happy as possible and go above and beyond my act of duty. I desperately needed a favor today. My son has been having diarrhea for the last month. I had stool samples that I was finally able to obtain on my day off. He has been having trouble sleeping as well.
