If I could give this zero stars I would be then again I do like my child's pediatrician. The wait times for Dr. Salerno have become outrageously long. A few weeks ago we waited over an hour and ended up leaving because there was still another patient ahead of us. Today we are waiting for our physical and flu shot. We had a 3:40 appointment and I'm writing this at 5 and have still yet to even see Dr. Salerno. My son suffered a fracture that was missed by their NP. When he did see a doctor and they got an X-ray they noticed the fracture 6 days after it had happened. They failed get an appt with orthopedic specialist and refused to hear my complaints regarding Their incompetence. Let's just say we will be reporting them and never going back!

Unfortunately in the 2 visits I took to Pediatric Associates in Pembroke Pines I experienced unreasonable wait times, even with scheduled appointments. I waited close to an hour both times before even getting into an exam room. And then spent another half hour waiting on the provider. I am disappointed because I really like Dr. Salerno. This office is RIDICULOUSLY slow, just moved to Broward and this office always keep us waiting for more than an hour to check in, even with SHOTS ONLY. Healthy kid for a shot had to be kept waiting mixed with all the other sick ones leading him to be sick, this could be prevented by not keeping us waiting for over an hour. Also this office keeps Newborns wait too, not liking other offices, this exposes the Newborns in higher risk of exposing to all kinds virus in the waiting area. Always waiting 30 to 60 minutes past the appointment time at this place. "There's still 3 patients ahead of you" excuses. Like, every. Single. Time. Why even make appointments if you don't keep your end of the agreement? With that being said, the administrative and medical staff are really good - professionals, courteous, actively listen - which is why we keep going back. I guess you'll have to determine if the excessive waiting is worth it, for us it is.

I made an appointment weeks in advance and they confirmed that they take my insurance, when I got there they told me that they don't take my insurance. After a long wait and all they just say we are sorry but we cant take care your 11 year old. This is cruel and disgusting. I work in service and this is not the right way to do business. I will make sure that to let everyone know including my 15k + followers on Instagram and Twitter

This place is the worst. Staffs are horrible and rude. I rather go to the emergency room then ever come here again. I need to find a way to file a complaint against pediatric associates staff at this location immediately. Never seen so many unhelpful staff. The front desk was helpful but the ladies in the back were horrible. I should put names down but I'll save that for the formal complaint. It's 8;07pm on July 16, 2019

I am beyond disgusted with Pediatric associates, I was an employee here and now that I have left in good terms I receive a letter saying I can't take my son to his doctor anymore. This is how this company treats their patients? What was the point of leaving in good terms? This company is a lie, to think I was still going to take my children there!
Never again. Every time we come here, we wait past the appointment time. This time, with a sick child, we waited an hour past the appointment and we're still not in a room. It is a habit and a pattern, not a one off. We won't be back
