Do note go here and have your child be seen by Dr. Dianne Williams. I have had nothing but great experiences from Pediatric Associates until today. My son was sick so I made the earliest appointment I could with whoever I could get him seen by. We normally go to the Chapel Trail location, but I couldn't get him in today. Dr. Williams was clearly in a hurry. She spent only a few minutes with us. And although ultimately we got the prescription we needed, she was rude and didn't even explain the treatment. I've been taking my son to Pediatric Associates for 2 years. This was my first time doing self pay. When I arrived, they charged me $130.00 upfront and explained to me that if my son needed any vaccines or blood work, then they would charge more (obviously). Then she gave me the iPad to fill out the required questionnaire and we saw the doctor (whom i had no issues with whatsoever). After patiently waiting an hour, I asked the front desk what was the status of my child being seen. The young lady looks in the computer and says my child's name will be called in a minute because she's been assigned a room. Shortly her name is called. My child's weight is taken. This location is terrible. The waiting room is awful. The rooms are dirty.. there was a woman's maxi pad on the floor in my room... the furniture was ripped and worn down. And the icing on the cake was the nurse... my son needed a shot on his thigh. I noticed the day after that she grabbed his leg so hard that he now has a bruise. I will NEVER come back to this location.. I will choose the emergency room over this location... the chapel trail office is where I usually go but I needed an appointment asap and they were booked.... read more

Owed a payment, took my child with a high fever after making an appointment, waited more than half an hour and was denied service due to nonpayment. Ended up taking my child to the e.r. (Thank God I did) The times my child was seen, the wait was always more than an hour and then the wait inside was always more than forty-five minutes. Hey at least the Dr's Are nice, right? Very long waiting time from the time of check in to the time provider came in for the check up. Check up actually took less than 5 minutes. It was very impersonal. Their business model goes like... 1) pack as many appointments as possible (waiting area was always full), 2) make parents and patients wait, 3) see patients as quick as possible, 4) send to check out and collect payment, 5) schedule next appointment and next person please.

This review is more like a warning to all parents whom are planning to take their children to this Pediatric center, specific Doral and Pembroke Pines locations. We took our daughter on Tuesday Nov 8 to Doral because of high fever and pain and after they check her ear and her throat they did not find anything and they said this was viral. No infection found, No antibiotics need it. It was my first time at this location, I usually go to the one in Miami Beach... The staff was friendly and seemed really concerned with my daughter. At first I was satisfied with the doctor until I found out that she prescribed the wrong medicine for my daughter's case. It was not worth all the driving and wait and having my daughter to take the wrong drug. Not coming back to this location.

HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, NASTY...... If I could give you a -100 I would. This is the most unprofessional Dr.'s practice that I have EVER ENCOUNTERED. I called because I am adopting a child and I need to find a pediatrician before the baby get here. They kept telling me that they don't do that. I kept saying but you do prenatal visits and the rude receptionist kept saying "that's not the same thing" and I kept saying yes it is.
