Horrible! They did a test on my infant that I did not approve and then they sent me a bill for it and wont stop harassing me for payment. Needless to say, I refuse to pay for a medical procedure that did not have my consent in the first place. I switched pediatricians after her first apt and couldn't be happier with her new Doctor.

They hardly keep the facility clean, is nothing like the one located in Miami Beach. I won't mind driving all the way to Miami Beach location, before I take my kids to the one in Pembroke. The nurse staff that's in the front need attitude adjustment, the doctor that saw my son for that particular day was so much in a rush , he didn't even explain to me what was wrong with my son NOT GOOD LOOK. This office is the worst ever. Even if you have an appointment you will be waiting. Stuff is very slow , they take their time to do everything. Every visit takes about 2 hours !!!

My family and I recently moved to the area from Texas. I have been searching for a pediatrician for my two boys, and, despite some of the negative reviews, decided to give this office a try. Scheduling the appointment was great. The representitive was very pleasant and helpful. The office was very easy to find, and is very close to my home. I waited over 2 hours for my infant's last wellness check appointment. When you walk in, it doesn't feel clean. It just looks dirty. Even the entry mat is dirty as soon as you walk in, which is not a good first impression. When you finally get into the exam room and look around, you will find a coating of dust on everything. I got some wipes and ended up wiping everything down myself because that is simply unacceptable for any medical office, especially a children's one, as children have more vulnerable immune systems. Went there recently because my regular pediatrician was closed due to the holidays . I was skeptical to come here because I used to go there he first two months of my child's life. Hated it! All the time I called our regular pediatrician was never available. Always had to bring in my newborn for simple questions. They made us wait in the waiting area at the lab. They are a fraudulent place. Brought my child in for a sick visit because she was having fevers and a cough for more than 24hrs despite me giving her tylenol around the clock. When she got there, they did not find anything wrong with her and her temp was not elevated (dah, I've been giving her tylenol). They turned around and billed the insurance as a well child visit; for which my child was not yet due for and the insurance did not pay. And then had the audacity to want me to now pay for the visit. Very very very slow! Add 1.5 hours to your appointment time no matter when. I really don't understand why they continuously over book. The other locations that I have went to in Weston and West Pines do not overbook. I will not be back again. Service is average and by the time the doctor shows up you are so pissed from waiting it does not even matter.
I am very disappointed with the service. At the time of appointment I did not have insurance and I made sure to ask specifically for pricing on all the services. After the visit I made a full payment of everything because I did not want to be billed later on. Well, even though I insisted for the correct information and I made sure to pay for everything, I received a bill later on for additional charges. I complained many times and talked to different people at the billing office but no one wanted to understand.... read more
