After nearly 30 years of taking our kids to this office and being totally happy, I called today (sick child who needed to be seen today) and was told there were no appointments available today at all at this location. The employee checked the next nearest location and she also stated that office also had no appointments available! She stated we no longer take walk-ins? Sorry Pediatric Associates, that is just totally wrong! We will be moving on! Such a shame!

they DO NOT listen to parents! they have their own agenda and you better stick to it or else office managers and multiple staff are called into intermediate you! BEWARE!!! complete lack of flexibility and understanding with families wishes, beliefs, backgrounds, worries, education, expertise, everything! it's their way or no way! if you don't approach your child's well being and health like a blind ignorant bat then RUN AWAY from pediatric associates!!! refused to give us required paperwork for my sons school and they treat... read more

I am thinking all the people who gave a great review either went once only or they are fake reviews. Staff is extremely rude, unprofessional AND incompetent!!! Some doctors are good, some are not. When you need anything done you have to deal with the front office which is the worst and the lab as well. Its been 2 weeks since they started doing urine tests on my daughter, they still don't have the results and the last urine sample they messed it up so now I have to do another one. HORRIBLE!!!!!!! The wait is super long. The nurses are very uncaring and frankly some of them kind of scary. My daughter had abnormal test results and they told me that she is ok with Triglycerides at almost 300 range. Seriously? Pottasium levels were high and they sad it was because the needle they used. And her TSH 3 LEVELS WERE OFF RANGE and they said they were ok. Never called me regarding her cholesterol or triglycerides levels either. You really need to have 4 eyes.

I would like to start by saying that some of the Doctors here are great. Mine was Dr. Ena Sanchez and she was the only reason we kept going. I hope Dr. Sanchez as well as the other Doctor's read this review and make something about it. I've had it with Pediatric Associates. Even though I have seen many bad comments about them, I stuck with them for over 10 years because of their many locations and extended hours. Ive been to the Pediatric Associates in Sunrise and that one is phenomenal and fast, but the one here in weston is so bad; i mean it took two hours to see the doctor and another hour just to get them fill out my receipt. Although the problem i had was the lack of understanding what i had asked for, most hospitals and other PAs allow you to go for a check up / sick visit to use the nebulizer in the case of asthmatic distress , although this one just gave me a lot of RXs i didn't need, which barely are helping, i ... read more

Pathetic... infact no after office hours service. These guys "Claim" that they provide 24 hours nurse service - its purely bu!!sh!t... I tried calling them for the first time, first couple of calls when tried to reach nurse via selecting option - they got disconnected after 2 rings (Mystery..) third time it reached where intended. It was related with my son (2 months old) who was having gas issue / stomach pain. I can't complain about the quality of care by Dr. Leiman. She is an absolutely superb physician. But the staff at the office is absolutely abysmal. It is rare to see such a passle of belligerant, apathetic, and rude people manning the front desk. Their attitudes and behavior are not conducive to a professional setting at a McDonalds, let alone a health care facility. I'm inclined to take my business elsewhere after being subjected to such treatment, especially after a 2 hour wait even with an appointment.

Dr Leiman is wonderful, but the other staff is super rude. You wait for hours, even if you have an appointment, and they treat you badly. Very unprofessional staff.
