One year ago, I got the message below of the office manager. I contact her and she never even try to contact me after I waste my time to share my experience on their customer service.

Unfortunately this office makes you wait an hour after your scheduled appointment to see a doctor at every visit other than the first one. In 7+ visits, I have had to try and keep my child entertained while we wait over an hour in a room. Then you have another 40 minutes to see each clinician that comes in. This is after waiting 6 weeks to be scheduled. Now with Covid and being only allowed one parent per child, it is even more difficult to keep them entertained for that length of time. Their phone system is horrible, they have more doctors than staff answering calls. Try to setup an appointment on the phone, average 30-40min, and that is when you are existent patient. Only reason i stay there for so long was because of my kids doctor, she is amazing, but good luck on the battle to get anyone answering the phone. Pediatric Associates wanted to be to big and can't meet the demand on the phone. We are out from Pediatrics. The Head of this office is an incredibly unkind person, as well as a lousy doctor. One of the other reviewers is so right - the office does feel like an assembly line, with no attention paid to the kids themselves.

What's the point of making an app if they still make you wait an hour. Flu season and they ran out of masks...

Understaffed, plan to be seen 2 hours after your appointment. Practice has become very disorganized. They should hire consultants to help them manage the operations or consider expanding.

*** Warning they are not professional and withheld my sons medical records from dec 3 until dec 31. Only until I informed them I was planning to file a lawsuit did they even tell me when I could expect them. **** Could not be more disappointed in the unprofessionalism shown by Dr. Sofia Kahn. To start we had what we were told was the first "non newborn" appointment of the day for my 5 month olds well visit. I wish I could give zero star. This place is all about "making their quota", aka it is all about money. They seem to be in a power trip/controlling that is not in the best interest of the children. The last time I requested a dr help on her field she replied " I don't know... I can't help... maybe the best option is for you to find another doctor... I will keep you in my prayers". After years of taking my 3 kids to Pediatric Associates-of Weston, I realize I have only been taking my kids here out of convenience. Patients are corralled in and out like an assembly line. You wait a long time in the waiting room, fill out forms and patient questionnaires that are seemingly read by no one. Then you are moved to an exam room and wait there a long time, only to spend 10 minutes with the doctor. My older teen child had a terrible recent experience during a well exam with Dr. Sofia Kahn.
