Come here if you have all day to waste. Waited close to 2 hours. They should not book this many patients if they can't handle.

I cant comment on the doctors, but this is our first time here and with an appointment we've been waiting 2 hours.

The place is clean and staff is semi friendly but wait times are unreal. We arrived ten minutes before they opened and have been waiting for almost two hours. This is not my first time to wait hours at this location and its extra miserable when you have a sick child running 103 fever. No matter how good the doctors are we will not be back.

The worst place for your child in the world. Doctors may be fine but staffs are terrible. They are very rude and they treat patients and their parents like nobody. We always waited in the waiting room for hours and in the exam room for another hour and just saw doctor for a couple of minutes. They never apologize and they think it is so natural -- they do not care whether sick children wait for hours. They just care about money!! NEVER GO THERE. I won't go again. Zero star!!!!

I agree with the three previous reviews. The doctors are wonderful, especially Doctor Leiman, but the people on the reception are extremely rude. Dealing with them is painful as they only make obstacles in atttaining lab results of your child. Besides waiting for hours on the line, they only made needless obstacles and displayed sour attitudes. It was a big deal to get the lab results of my child to bring them to a specialist, but all they did was exude a flippant attitude. The entire expience was strenuous.

Name and number please. Always a wait - always a line. On several occasions I have had to wait in excess of 60 minutes for my scheduled appointment. Had it not been for a sick child, I would not wait...

I could not agree MORE with the first review. The staff is incredibly RUDE, for example- walking up to the window they ignore you and keep doing what they are involved in without acknowledging you. When I spoke to the "office manager" Tracey- she immediately began to tell me I was rude for asking whether a staff member was ignoring me. Pediatric Associates is the worst health care facility we have seen. It's a mass shop with convenient hours and off-hours support. We wondered if the doctors there have proper medical degrees. If they ever chose to put up a complaint box, that box will be filled in an hour. Doctor's don't care for the patients. Dealing with Pediatric Associates has been nothing but pain and frustration. Not only are the wait times incredibly long, but when the doctor finally sees your child they completely rush through the exam and get out of the exam room as quickly as possible. Not just one doctor -- we've seen 3 different doctors and they all seem in a huge hurry. Once, the doctor even walked out the door mid-sentence!
