Last night was the worst visit ever. Saw a male doctor during after care. Dr M. was supposed to reevaluate my son's rash on his back that was previously been treated 4 days ago. The treatment was not working. How can you trust a doctor who does not know that Augmentin is not Keflex? He gave my son another diagnosis without examining the rash. We are from out of town and had our kid with severe cough. Made an appointment with Dr. Ena Sanchez. She seemed in a hurry, treated us almost rudely and un courteous. She did a quick and superficial examination and sent us off. We are extremely displeased with the service.

Dr.Kahn may have many years of experience and prestigious awards in her field- but this lady is a complete liar!! I brought my son in for his wellness check up aka "vaccine scheduled visit" and she read in the notes that we opted not to vaccinate our son. She told us that we were bad parents for not vaccinating and we would soon no longer be able to visit the office due to the fact that they're no longer accepting unvaccinated children. This place it's big at first they have 2 different tables for check in with lines and busy so if you are in the wrong waiting line they send you to the other one, then I went to the other one nobody it was there for help after 10 minutes some one show up I get late for my appointment they didn't have my papers ready for see the specialist Dr. They have to call my insurance that time even the same office recommended me this Dr weeks ago the day of the office they don't have any papers ready. Real bad customer service. They don't care shit about the patients. Make sure you know what your child's medical history is - because their record keeping is really bad. the doctor prescribed wrong dose of malaria medicine to my child and were most unapologetic and they wanted my daughter to get the second dose of HPV vaccine again when she already had her second dose.

Terrible place, they have no pride in their job, the staff runs on "Auto-pilot" and they'll keep asking the same questions over and over again (they don´t read the charts nor do they talk to each other). Waiting times are extreme even with an appointment.. First time we brought in our newborn (3 days old) for a check-up,it took in excess of an hour in a freezing room.. They had to poke the little guy twice due to the lack of communication. Second time we waited more than an hour, then we asked to get our money back and left.... read more

No wonder I've heard so many stories of people leaving Pediatric's. The "front desk" manager is incredibly rude, and talks over you. I feel she didn't let me get a word in. Looks like I will be looking for an other office

No matter whether you have the first appointment of the day or not, you will ALWAYS wait. We had a simple appointment for a vaccination, first of the day, no need to even see the doctor, and we are now waiting 19 minutes and counting. When I asked at the front desk I was treated rudely. I suggest looking elsewhere unless you have unlimited time on your hands. Apparently their time is more important than yours.

I don't understand how good doctors work here. Their administration is THE WORST. They will never see my kid's faces again thanks to their trusty team up front. THE WORST, THE WORST, THE WORST. Save yourself the headache from dealing with them. Really. (Yes, Dr Khan is great. I love her. If she opened up her own practice I would follow her.
