Please check your explanation of benefits before making a payment at Pediatric Associates. The clinic says everything is covered but when you receive a bill from the billing department it says it's not. They said I should know what all is covered by my insurance. Also the wait time at this clinic is too long even after having an appointment. a well visit exam took 3 hours in total even after reaching on time for the visit.

My son was seeing by Dr Sanchez and it was a horrible experience. Even tough I did clearly tell two nurses and the Dr herself that the reason my son was there was growth and hight issues, she was condescending and told him to his face he was short and overweight. My son was devastated for the hole day. Very inhuman!

I've been a customer for years, but this location is not good at all. I feel so bad for the Weston community we don't have a good pediatric associates office here! Please do changes, be proactive. I can't believe I have to go to my older office in Miami. Time consuming and lack of professionalism.

My son went for a sick appointment. Was seen by a nurse who completely misdiagnosed his symptoms even though I kept telling her my son had yellow discharge from his eyes. They didn't prescribe antibiotics and here I come having a horrible night with my son and two pinks eyes and ear pain. My service was bad and I can see they overbooked leaving less than 10 minutes for the staff to do the medical check. Will go back tomorrow again hopefully I'll have better luck.

I have been with Pediatric Associates for many years and my experiences have always been excellent in the PLANTATION clinics, but I decided to come to Weston and take the WORST of the impressions starting because the staff are not kind enough to give you a smile , the only one who was attentive was the nurse who did the checkup on my girl, but here comes the worst: What do you think about waiting 1 hour inside the room waiting for your doctor to arrive and that one never arrived ?, and they were just before us two children w... read more

The wait time is ridiculous and the staff and doctors could care less. Dr. Kahn is the only knowledgeable and caring doctor they have. But she's not always available. Unfortunately, every time I take my sick toddler in for a visit, I get stuck with another doctor and the wait is over one hour, which is unacceptable. I am DONE with this place.

This chain used to be grate but has drastically changed for the worse. We usually visit the pediatric associates in Chapel Trail but decided to come to Weston. I had a confirmed appointment and showed up 30 mins early but unfortunately didn't get in on time. They usually have an area for "well" patents and another for " sick" patents. There were so many sick people it made no difference as there were no dividers, no curtains or walls to divide the space...just 2 signs.

I have been here for a few years. Unfortunately Pediatric associates has disappointed me with rude customer service. First of all I called and was given a balance that was incorrect, representative was very rude I just called about my daughter test results and was given information that I didn't ask for, and was given incorrect information. They need to make sure they provide correct information to their patients.
