ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! It's been nearly 50 days and I've called over 20 times, left multiple voicemails and even tried emailing, and have yet to receive a response from my auto adjuster. I even called and left a voicemail for the his manager but he has not responded either. They just keep making excuses and doing whatever they can to delay the claims process. Went through the painful process of having my vehicle totaled by this company. They actually gave me a fair offer. I asked how taxes work and they told me to submit a receipt and they would pay me the tax rate based on the totaled vehicles value. I asked this twice to two different people and got the same response. When I submitted my receipt I got an email stating that they don't pay that and it was rolled into the breakdown of the vehicle.
