Interestingly, Pekin made a ruling on a claim only evaluating the damage to their insured driver's car, didn't care to look at the damage to my car, and when I asked the agent about it, she has repeatedly failed to respond. Seems to me she is avoiding the fact that she potentially didn't follow through on her job and made a speedy judgement. I guess if you have Pekin, it's good to know your insurance company won't take a claim against you seriously....
