I have been a customer for 18 years. In the last two years, we had the make the first claims we have ever made in that time. One for a faulty ice maker that the previous owner of our house left and one when our son's car caught on fire and burnt up completely, luckily my son was able to get out of the car. Total claims $3000. What do I get for being such a loyal customer? Dropped. Pekin is a great insurance company when it comes to taking premiums, they just would rather not have to ever pay claims.

Wish you would take a look at the pekin phone ap. It doesn't show all the info and will not shrink or expand.

You all are a joke. After being ran around with a policy that was never started and cancelled before it became effective.....than charged 3 x's the amount if I had even allowed the policy to go through....just to speak to a representative who said it would be taken care of....than in July find out we are being turned into a collection agency which is not even a part of what should have been a premium.....to call Pekin and be told once again it was a mistake on their part and it would be taken care of....to just now receiving... read more

Worst insurance company on the planet. We had a house fire last year and are still fighting with them over the contents. The list we sent in was gone thru by company who's only job is to find what you claimed at the cheapest cost possible. After going over it and fighting for every penny they sent it back with a 10 percent increase on certain items. I asked my agent how long the loss of use would last she stated as long as there was money available in it. The adjuster told me this month that no further loss of use would be ... read more

I am not a Pekin Insurance customer, but the person who hit my car is. Let me tell you as I sit at home without my car, and without a rental that Pekin sure has shown me what "customer service" is. Monday through Friday 7:45 to 4:15 Central time, seriously? My car is at the repair shop and I am inconvenience because they aren't able to process claim information in a timely manner. That's fantastic. Well at least my post will be here for at least 48 hours since they don't have anyone monitoring their social media feeds on Sat... read more

Thank you for gladly excepting my money each month and then when I need you because our house was broken into... You treat me like I'm the criminal and investigate my phone records because we kept pictures of our stuff and were " too organized" you'll be hearing from the news organization here in AZ.
