I've have sold the benefits of what phenomenal claim service Pekin Insurance has for the last 14 years. Today I got to experience it from the customer side. Mom my called me at 4 AM and simply said "the house is burning down can you come here?" After I got dressed I called the claim hotline number at 4:24 AM and turned in the claim. I received a call from an adjuster at 4:36 to explain exactly what would happen. Cancelling me after a burglary. 11 years of premiums we paid, down the drain they go! If you don't agree with the adjustor, they cancel you! Period!

Pekin Insurance, Absolutely a disgusting, corrupt, immoral company. My father, a disabled Vietnam Veteran, purchased insurance for a used car he bought me that covered if anything were to happen to him or my mother the car would be paid off in full. He met all of the qualifications and did this as a peace of mind so if something were to happen, God forbid, myself and/or my mother would not need to worry about the financial struggle to pay for the car.
