As a contractor who deals with homeowners insurance companies on a daily basis Pekin insurance seems to be one of the most uncooperative there is I am very disappointed that anyone would use this insurance company for the auto or home I will never recommend Pekin insurance company as I said I deal with insurance companies every day on a daily basis I have requested them to give me a call to take care of the matter as of yet no one has responded
Not to happy to find out we have hail damage and Pekin only replaces the damaged siding and does not cover matching the other sides. -after 17 years we will be changing insurance. Thanks for taking our premiums and not paying out when we need you!
What a joke. Horrible customer service. Had an auto policy for over 10 years with no claims or late payments but then missed two car payments due to a paperwork issue on our part, in which we promptly sent the balance due and then some. They completely cancelled me. The customer service agent said " there is no way we are taking you back". Then told me that the only way they would take me back is if my husband switched and had his policy through them for his car. Blackmail much? Not even legal! I wish we had known what a bullshit company Pekin was before my sons company did business with them!
I made a claim for theft of my business vehicles and was denied because they don't like me. Really! The adjuster they sent was barely out of school and it was evident he did not know what he was doing. They have accused me of fraud and humiliated me and my company. I unfortunately have to take them to court. Don't trust them, they know not what they do.

This company is a piece of Sh*t. One of their clients hit me in an automobile 1 week ago and they haven't sent an adjuster out to look at my car. I don't know what is going on. My car is sitting in a towing yard for over a week for $20 a day. My insurance company has paid for my rental car, that I have to return. I need a car to get back and forth to work. I have left several messages for Stephi Tanner, and she will not return my car.
