This company is a piece of Sh*t. One of their clients hit me in an automobile 1 week ago and they haven't sent an adjuster out to look at my car. I don't know what is going on. My car is sitting in a towing yard for over a week for $20 a day. My insurance company has paid for my rental car, that I have to return. I need a car to get back and forth to work. I have left several messages for Stephi Tanner, and she will not return my car.

I wish I could give you a lower rating! After a month and a half battle with Marie N. And her supervisor Don H. I have never been so disappointed and angry with a company in my life!! Just horrible!!

If you are insured by Pekin be advised-you may be contacted by accident victims later asking for additional monies to pay for good quality parts!
