We have seen different vets, vet techs, and staff over the years and have always received excellent care. Dr. Yong Chang has been the primary vet for our dog Penny, who was recently diagnosed with Cushing’s disease. Dr. Chang and his assistants have been incredibly supportive, caring, and understanding as we navigate her illness. He is a wonderful vet who genuinely cares about the animals he helps. Dr. Ryan Carney and the technicians that helped our Darla at her appointment were wonderful! They were very patient and so knowledgeable about all of the topics discussed. I appreciate their expertise so that we can keep Darla healthy and happy into the future. In addition, there are several features at the practice which are extremely convenient like being able to take care of the bill while still in the exam room and medications/prescription food info sent electronically to the ordering site. When our cat started to exhibit some sneezing and other symptoms, Pender ensured that we would be fitted in the next day. We met with Dr Voell who did a thorough examination with expertise and concern that was remarkable. He was professional, compassionate and informative. The staff was also very attentive and the entire process was reassuring. We cannot recommend Pender and Dr Voell more highly.

We’ve been taking our dog here for seven years, ever since we rescued her as a one year old. We have trusted and liked every individual working here, every tech and every doctor and everyone working at the front desk. My dog has her quirks, and we always worry about bringing her into other settings, but she is always calm and cooperative at the vet, which I think says a lot about how kind they are to her whenever we visit.

I have been with Pender veterinarian with Dr Denny for over 30 + years. I have been in trust him with all my animals throughout these years .with cats and service dogs German Shepherds primarily for all their medical care. Unfortunately I have had my own personal medical problems , which Dr. Denny has been very understandable Highly Recommend Patrice Drake
