Our eldest dog just had an annual wellness visit. He is a rescue and extremely stressed by most social situations and exponentially more stressed by everything related to vet visits. PEnder receptionist was vry helpful when I called about my 5 yr old dog being sick. He had man version of vertigo. She accomodated me right away and got the records herself from the exisitng vet. Dr. F was very calm and explained what was wrong with my dog and the gave proper reasons as to why his condition is like that. He did the tests required, provided guidance and assurance that my dog will be alright. I appreciate all the help and guidance. Just had a visit for our kitty's Urinary Tract Infection. Got a thorough examination by Dr. Yong Chang, a shot of antibiotics, and some additional support meds. Kitty was better within a day. And, the next week had her regular shot for arthritis by the Technician Team. Great care to keep kitty feeling fine.

There are literally not enough words to express how wonderful Pender vet is. I am an anxious pet parent, but every time I go I feel at ease.
