We have been taking our cats to the Pender Fairfax campus for several years now, and have always received excellent, very competent care during every aspect of our visit. From the front desk staff, to the techs, to the pharmacy, to the doctors- all are kind, professional, caring, and know their stuff. We’re always seen promptly and have never had any billing errors. Pender has been our veterinary clinic of choice for over 40 years. We currently have a 13-year-old Yorkie-Poo whose health is failing. Dr Yong Chang has shown so much love and concern for Gibson's quality of life and we couldn't be more grateful.

I don’t think there’s ever been a time that I’ve gone there with my dog that I’ve had a bad experience or felt unsure about my dog’s well being. Everyone is so professional and personable. I don’t have a specific veterinarian that I see when I go, I just book an appointment with whoever is available. That being said, all the vets that have worked with us are amazing. Dr. Hyatt and Kayla are a winning team. Dr. Hyatt has treated many of our cats over the last decade. Kayla is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to all our needs. They are both outstanding, and we have developed a strong relationship of trust with this great team.

Fantastic. It’s been years since we’ve been to pender (we moved) and when our dog injured her paw they not only got us right in but they called me back to give tips and tricks on keeping her comfortable. Dr. Andrew has been there 33 years… he is a reasonable Dr who doesn’t try to up sell. I’ll be making the drive to pender for Sadie’s routine care from now on! Also, front desk staff were kind and approachable… hard to find!

We Have been taking our 2 dogs to Pender since they came into our household 2 years ago. Their primary Vet has been Dr Adesso although they have seen other Vets and staff from time to time. We trusted Dr Adesso and Pender Vet to provide excellent care to help keep our girls healthy. We have been completely satisfied with all of the care and attention given our girls and are grateful we established a relationship with Dr Adesso and Pender Vet. The vet tech Bri was so kind and patient. She was so expert at handling my nervous dog - it was so reassuring to see him relax when she picked him up to go for his procedures. Pender is full of very caring vets, techs and other support staff. We’ve taken our Jack Russel’s Terriers to them since we moved to northern VA 20 years ago. Thank you Pender people.
