Always Fantastic care! Been using Pender now for 8 years and always feel like my pets are well cared for and placed on great treatment plans. The staff are so friendly and work with you to get what is needed.

I’ve been coming to pender for 6 years for reptile and dog care. Dr Voell and the team helped me save time with my golden retriever who has since passed away from cancer. The customer service, techs, and doctors are the best you could hope for. I’m now taking my 13 week old gp mix to pender and he has 0% vet anxiety with the team.

As always, the best customer service and care for my dog and cat. Two weeks ago, we brought in our dog; yesterday, our cat. Dr. Flanery and his assistant, Hassan were wonderful as always. Dr. Flanery as always looks at the big picture. We took our cat in to deal with an infection and he saw that Maganda needed an annual check up, so he fit that into the visit. We’ve been coming to Pender for over 13 years now and couldn’t be happier. Our main doctor is Dr. Voell and whether we’re there for routine visits or something more serious, he always provides excellent care and communication. We trust that he treats our dogs like he would his own. Aside from him, the vet techs are friendly, kind, and caring as well. No matter what, we know our pets are in good hands at Pender.

This was my first visit to Pender. I and mt pet Lucy were treated exceptionally well. They took the time to explain their procedures and policies. I do believe I have found a new vet!

Our dog Millie had another (expected) minor surgical procedure yesterday (July 31). Once again, Dr. Voell did a great job, compassionate and efficient. Although all the vets at Pender have been excellent, we always try to have Dr. Voell care for Millie. His two assistants, Isaac and Kensley, were also great. Thanks to all.
