Thank you for the care provided to my furry Patton. The attention to my concerns were addressed and the care provided was fenominal. The vet was detailed and provided a diagnosis along with options for care. After receiving results from diagnostic test, the veterinary contacted me to follow up and provide additional meds with instructions. Thank you for excellent urgent care service.

Being new in Reston with a dog that was throwing up I called several area vets, and no one had space for a new client for a few days. So I called Pender and they got me in a few hours later on a non-emergency first client appointment. The check in and vet were wonderful. The price was extremely reasonable. I was very happy and will keep on using Pender.

My dog is wonderful except when we go to the vet. Despite this, the staff at Pender always make our visits as welcoming as possible. They work hard to keep the stress low while providing the safest environment to treat my dog. We love Pender!

I've been going to Pender for 13 years with the same doctor for my 2 dogs. Dr Hayett always made the visit personable by treating them like his own. There was a period that I tried another vet thinking I would save money and what a big mistake that was. My dogs were takin to the rooms and I had to wait outside. When they brought them back I cant express the look they gave me. If only dogs can talk, they were not happy. Vet care is okay (overselling) to excellent, depending on which vet you see. Prices are on the high end, in my experience. Billing is a nightmare. I had vouchers (for Pender specifically) given to me when I adopted 2 senior pets from the Frairfax shelter. The vouchers were easily and daccurately applied to my first vist with each pet, leaving a balance for each.
