The loan process completed as expected despite Covid interruption's .
The initial offer and loan estimate were revised without any explanation and it resulted in lot of frustration. It was hard to reach loan officer and all issues were never resolved. I had to settle for closing as I could not afford any more time.
Listened too. I tried to explain several times about the Lincoln Savings information, but no one really listened to me. Waited online for several hours at least 3 times and no call back as promised.
Linda was so great, walking me through everything and explaining it to a clear understanding
