As always my experience with Pennymac was fantastic. From the start with the application to the final closing. All questions answered in a timely fashion. Closing was super quick and ever was finalized within 2 business days of closing.
A more personal feeling would have been nice. it also would have been nice if initial contact would have taken time to review expectations prior to completeing appluc as tion process.
Less duplication as well as not asking for items that did not apply (which slowed the process while I had to convince that they were not needed).
