The team was phenomenal, exceeded my expectations and got me closed ahead of schedule.
The refinance process was well managed, though my initial advisor couldn’t be reached, there was a team willing and able to respond to any concerns. The only hiccup -which wasn’t major-was that I was told to have a witness at closing which apparently is not necessary in Florida. Overall, I’m glad I chose Pennymac.
My experience with the staff at Pennymac was pleasant and helpful. Whenever I had questions, they were answered without judgment and with a high level of certainty and competence. I cannot imagine a more pleasant and easy experience for refinance.
