My loan specialist and others I spoke to over the phone performed below expectation. Lack of communication and inefficiency in communicating expectations and outcomes. No communication with appraisal company and title company and real real estate agent about documentation. Appraisal report was delayed due to poor communication. Had to escalate this issue to Dennis Wang. Thank ls to Dennis Wang who stepped in at the last minute and fixed all the issues making us close ontime. Thank you Dennis.
