First, I should have been given the opportunity to have flexibility in my rate. I had no idea I "locked" it in when I did. I do know that I was told I paid $100 for a lower rate but on the papers I signed it looked like I paid $2000. The first lady I talked with should have been the one to have taken care of my account. PennyMac should have a program where the customer can lock in the lowest rate and this info should be discussed by your reps.

We have had only good experiences with PennyMac they have made the process simple and easy they also go out of their way to get you the best loans available to you. We appreciate all the time and effort put in by the teams at PennyMac.

Pennymac has treated me very well. Both Linda and Ted Colborn were very helpful. The only negative thing was that the original signing had to be cancelled due to a paperwork issue. I understand that happens. The problem was corrected and j resigned quickly. Thanks for helping me through the process Linda and Ted! It was greatly appreciated.
