I had my loan with pennymac prior to my refinance. The transition was pretty easy. There was a couple requests for documents I had all ready provided but not a huge pain. Overall I am happy with pennymac and their online payment is easy to navigate.
You assisted when we hit just one unexpected obstacle.
Mr. Saleh was a great representative, and was always responsive. The problem was with the process PennyMac has in place. As a customer, it is extremely frustrating to not have a direct number for you rep, and constantly have to get a random person who is not familiar with your loan to go through issues. Multiple wrong automated requests led to a huge waste of time. Loan closed much longer than expected. 5 stars for Saleh and reps, 3-4 for PennyMac's system.
I just wish that Penny Mac would stop sending me emails to refinance when I am done and funded now for two days.. it's like to get left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing.
