Quick and easy refi
The loan officer was very helpful. The timeframe for closing were met.
Crystal was the only reason I gave 5 stars, she was very responsive and helpful. I was not pleased in the beginning, but once Crystal was brought on to the team I felt much more comfortable and valued. Crystal is awesome.
Communication throughout the process. I was left a message advising what would happen . The message stated I would hear from her weekly but I never heard from her until the night before my closing date about a needed document and this was via email. Just completely no communication at all .
