PennyMac's appraisal reconsideration criteria does not accommodate for (very) wrong appraisals. This is a significant hinderance to a fair and easy loan process. The loan officer reviewed here was also very slow to communicate progress and had almost no understanding of the process, making everything much more cumbersome.
Every time Linda saw a need to contact me about my loan process she did and was very pleasant to work with. If it wasn’t for her questioning attitude my closing wouldn’t have happened on time and that’s super appreciated!
