PennyMac's appraisal reconsideration criteria does not accommodate for (very) wrong appraisals. This is a significant hinderance to a fair and easy loan process. The loan officer reviewed here was also very slow to communicate progress and had almost no understanding of the process, making everything much more cumbersome.
It was simple and direct
They made the process smooth and easy. They were always giving me updates on the loan either through email or a phone call. They were great at answering any questions or concerns I had. The process took less time than I expected. I definitely recommend them.
