I had to send documents a couple times and when we already had made a appointment for signing closing documents on Monday they call us on Friday at 4pm saying they still needed to verify employment, which took another week for then to do and pushed our closing date back.
They worked with us to extend our dates while we finished a repair.
Have all info before sending closing documents. To many people getting in touch with me and getting things crossed up!
PennyMac made the whole process simple and easy to understand. Very efficient, honest and on time. They did a very good job!
MY EXPERIENCE WITH PENNYMAC IS A LITTLE UNIQUE. THEY HAVE BEEN MY MORTGAGE COMPANY FOR 5 YEARS, AND I RECENTLY REFINANCED AND THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. ELIANA WAS SO AVAILABLE TO TALK WITH IF I NEEDED AN EXPLANATION FOR SOMETHING ABOUT THE PROCESS. THE PROCESS WAS REALLY SMOOTH AND ONCE ALL THE INFORMATION WAS SUBMITTED, THE CLOSING WAS SCHEDULED. I WAS ABLE TO CHOOSE THE DATE AND TIME THAT WAS CONVENIENT FOR ME.
The process was extremely easy, from the first contact with the company to the closing which was done at my home.
Very smooth. Only one bump when pur 1st contact left but then Shalon called and made the connection and it all went very smoothly from there.
From the first call to the last interaction, my experience has been clear and straightforward. Each conversation was informational and accurate. Thank you for making it so comfortable.
