Very professional and easy to work with.
Maria was not at all supportive of our process, didn't follow-up timely, didn't check the closing documents sufficiently, and failed to understand our frustrations about being asked for repeated documents or incorrect information. Literally everyone else we spoke to at PennyMac (including people not involved with our loan) were more helpful than Maria.
Better communication. Sometimes unable to get in touch with loan agent, sometimes usure of what documents is requested.
The overall experience was excellent and Noemi was great to work with.
I was well informed every step of loan process. Closing happened in timeframe I was given. My questions were always answered promptly
My refinance with PennyMac/Britnee Valles, was so easy and so well communicated. Britnee told me what exactly would happen and when and everything was explained perfectly. I would recommend PennyMac/Britnee to anyone considering refinancing their home. Love to have great customer service and that is exactly what Britnee provided to me.
