Overall, my experience and expectations of PennyMac were far exceeded and I would highly recommend anyone interested in doing business with a very progressive and innovative financial institution.
The main reason for the loan was to consolidate some credit card debts. After asking, it was clearly understood that Penny Mac would make these payoffs themselves. Instead we received 4 or 5 individual checks to the creditors. this left it to us to contact these companies and accept the 3rd part checks. A few went okay, others did not. It took so long, you offered one $#, and you give less, you check to many times my job that it was ridiculous, and the person representative for me to sign the papers was arrogant.so by the time when this end up, in stead to be happy I was exhausted.
