just better communication, there would be weeks without any type of communication from penny mac end.
There were too many people involved in the entire process. We had to schedule closing twice due to inaccurate numbers on the settlement sheet. On the day of closing 3/7/22, we had questions about the settlement document and spent an hour and half trying to reach someone for assistance by phone. This impacted my entire scheduled coupled with the previous closing on 2/22/22 that had to be cancelled during the process.
