I was impressed with how efficient PennyMac’s system is. I’ve worked in the industry before and done my share of loans but communication of the process was always a big unknown. Processors relayed on others to contact the customer for clarification and things got lost in translation. Your system is direct and as a customer, I felt like I was in contact with the right person for each step of the process. I got direct feedback and knew what came n3xt.

Improve communication with processes of collecting documents & closing. I was never informed after home appraisal that I had other loan/cash-out options. I never received correct closing disclosure in the mail before signing. I was never notified of cash to close before signing at closing. My online signed closing disclosure was different than what the notary brought to sogning. i had to ask what my cash to close was 1 day before my signing appointment.
