Process was easy and I was helped along the way.
There seemed to be confusion over who, exactly, was responsible for my refi. There seemed to be more than one "team" working on my case. I suppose it didn't help that one of the individuals was involved in an automobile accident just after we got things started. I'm not very computer savvy, so having to submit documentation online really befuddled me. Apparently we did something right, cuz it all came out right in the end.
Very easy to work with and get someone on the phone
It was very easy working with the entire team and it all started with Ms. Angela Walters, the Mortgage Loan Officer. She is a great asset for PennyMac. Thanks
Everyone was so helpful. It was clear what needed to be done and they sent it in a simple step-by-step process. Yesenia was amazing at calling every week to update us on the progress & also to see if we had any questions. Overall, it was a fantastic experience using PennyMac!

Everything was clearly explained every step of the way. Also, everything went as scheduled.
The communication from our closer at PennyMac was truly awful. We started strong with our first phone call but once he passed us off, it went way downhill to where he needed to step in multiple times to help us get anything done.
