The only problem I ran into was with the document approval process. The documents requested were not described in enough detail and resulted in duplication and delay. The agents I spoke with were very helpful and Crystal went above and beyond to get my loan closed. I appreciate her effort immensely. All in all it was a pretty good experience, Thank you Crystal, and team.
