The loan process was fairly lengthy and I was asked for different documents at different times instead of having all documents asked for at one time. That would have sped the process up.
Everyone was very friendly
Linda and the entire PennyMac team were really great. All questions answered as they came up, and I was able to close earlier than expected.
Our loan process was very quick from start to finish. We were given an estimated timeframe of 60 days but closed in less than 30. The in-home closing was very easy and all of the document requests were easy to complete.

Maria did a great job working with me to get the rate that I wanted on my loan. I was working with loan depot but dropped them to work with PENNYMAC because of better customer service that I was receiving from Maria and her team.
