I decided to refinance with PENNYMAC my original lender. The process was very very smooth, from the very first phone call to the last communication stating that my loan was closing was seamless. I want to thank the whole PENNYMAC team for the smooth process. I got an excellent rate and I’m extremely happy. In my opinion and I’m a retired Fire Captain PENNYMAC is the only way to go.

Very easy process to refinance They were able to match a rate I had from another lender. I wanted to stay with Penny Mac as they had my loan before and I really like their loan servicing, customer service, and website.

As a company PennyMac has been easy to deal with, thorough, and quick to respond. Much of this was due to Britnee and her services. She was great to work with and very pleasant. She always communicated to me what was needed and worked with me to make sure everything was correct.
