I do not think Linda was very helpful at all. Luckily I had bought a home before so I knew the process. Had I not know what to expect I believe the loan would not have made it through on time of it was completed at all

Clear and timely close
Excellent experience start to finish. Required documents were communicated clearly and the whole refinance process took less than 3 weeks to complete. Especially liked the title signing process occurring at my house.
Your phone connections and computer response time (even as seen by your in-house representatives) were glacial, but once I got past the first level application, and connected to Maria, things began to move nicely. She was available, attentive and accurate with her data and her instructions. And when we had a discrepancy on whether our taxes were paid or not paid, she was able to iron out the difference and beat the estimated closing date by 2 weeks.
Easy to contact and communication with sale person
Crystal did great but her co workers failed to cover for her in her absence
