this IS A TERRIABLE refinance company i am currently in process of a loan and every day they need something else and once i upload it i receive a call from a rep the next day saying we need you to upload the documents once i tell them i already uploaded them oh we didnt see that but yes we have received them wish i was not so deep into the process because i wouldnt be using penny mac
