Sandra was super responsive and very helpful. She helped us through the process so we could get everything done as soon as possible.
The closing was great, and our questions were always promptly answered.
There was an error on the documents, the error was fixed and the docs re-sent to the title company but no one called the title company. A follow up call should have been made to explain the situation. I had to wait three hours to re-sign.
