Everything was great.
Communication was clear and prompt; any questions we had we answered right away. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful.
Process was easy. I have been slammed at work and then PennyMac team took care of everything and walked me through how to do my part.
Refinance was quick and rates were ok. Everyone that works with penny mac is informative and super helpful.

Good customer service
Staff is not aligned as it relates to multiple facets of the refinance process, especially clear communication between departments (processing, credit review, loan officer, intra processing. Callers receive different answers to the same question every time the caller calls. If you call 5 processing agents and ask them all the same question, you will receive 5 different answers, so you won’t know what’s accurate. In most cases, neither of the 5 answers are accurate.
