Communication was clear and prompt; any questions we had we answered right away. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful.
Overall the process was good.
Process was easy. I have been slammed at work and then PennyMac team took care of everything and walked me through how to do my part.
Refinance was quick and rates were ok. Everyone that works with penny mac is informative and super helpful.

PennyMac was pretty straightforward with the information needed for the loan process. I was anxious due to the "situation," but they helped ease some of the anxiety going forward.
