She consistently and timely provided updates, and continuously did so throughout the refinance. When we had doubts, Rebecca structurally navigated us through the refinance to a successful closing. Great job for my mortgage
All my questions, and there were a lot, were answered skillfully and professionaly. Two thumbs up for Nicholas and Adam Sher.
The response time to questions was very long and sometimes I didn’t get a response at all. Plus, it would have been nice to get to talk to Noah directly when calling but I had to speak to many different people when I called.
create a list of documents ahead of time so there is no last minute rush to get them
The speed in which the documents were reviewed by Pennymac. The amount of emails requesting documents is ridiculous.
